Primary Math & Coding (Grade 1)

Service Description

In this fun and effective class, students will : - Learn age/grade appropriate coding using robots - Participate in essential prep of Math skills for Grades 1 - Solve problems and create computational representations of Mathematical situations by writing and executing code - Develop and enhance operational Math skills - Develop and enhance positive attitudes to Mathematics and Coding - Test out different approaches and learn from mistakes as part of the learning process This course is suitable for students entering Grades 1 in Sept 2023. All courses are led by specially trained, highly skilled Ontario Certified Teachers.
